Tracey Holinka, MS, is our Senior Web Designer / Developer and Managing Partner at Chaos To Clarity LLC. She began working with the Web more than 13 years ago and quickly discovered that users are often left out of the design equation. Tracey has remained focused on making the Web and other technology more approachable for people ever since—especially for the least technically savvy.

Putting users first when designing websites and blogs means that all decisions about form and function are carefully calculated to make the user’s experience better—and Tracey applies the same principle when customizing Facebook® Fan Pages. Simple, clean, and clear is her motto—and she is a creative problem solver working at the intersection of visual design, web development, and user experience.

Tracey believes that technology ought to be clarified by professionals, not cloaked in mystery to exclude everyone else. She also designs and produces a range of how to videos and presentations about the Social Web and encourages clients to learn the fundamentals so that they can make better decisions for themselves and their business going forward.

Tracey helps our clients gain confidence on the Social Web by teaching them how to:
Make sense of websites, blogs, social networking & all things Web
Use Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn for business
Protect their privacy on social networks
